These policies are in place to ensure clear communication, efficient production, and a smooth experience for every customer. By placing an order with Full Spectrum Apparel, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Orders & Payment
- Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders are processed in the order payment is received.
- Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
- Custom orders cannot be started without complete order details and approved artwork.
2. Custom & Personalized Items
- All items sold by Full Spectrum Apparel are custom-made unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has begun.
- We are not responsible for spelling, sizing, color, or design errors once artwork has been approved by the customer.
3. Artwork & Design Policy
Customer-Provided Artwork
- Customers are responsible for providing artwork that is high-resolution and print-ready.
- Low-quality images may result in reduced print quality. Full Spectrum Apparel is not responsible for poor print results caused by low-resolution files supplied by the customer.
Design Fees
- A design fee covers time spent adjusting customer artwork to be printable for use by Full Spectrum Apparel only.
- Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Design File Ownership & Release
- All edited or recreated artwork remains the property of Full Spectrum Apparel unless a Design File Release is purchased.
- A Design File Release allows the customer to receive the finalized file for personal or external use.
- Without a purchased release, files may not be reused, resold, altered, or printed elsewhere.
File Formats
- Final files are typically delivered as PNG or PDF. SVG or vector files are provided only when applicable and included in the purchased release.
4. Proofs & Approvals
- Digital proofs are provided when required.
- Customers must review and approve proofs carefully.
- Approval confirms acceptance of layout, colors, spelling, and sizing.
- Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees and may affect turnaround time.
5. Turnaround Time
- Orders submitted with approved artwork and full payment by 1:00 PM (local time) are typically eligible for same-day production.
- Same-day production is not guaranteed and depends on workload, file quality, and equipment availability.
- Orders received after 1:00 PM will be processed on the next business day unless a rush option is selected.
- Same-Day Rush Service may be available for an additional fee.
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Production time begins after payment is received and artwork is approved.
- Delays caused by customer response time, artwork issues, or supply shortages may extend turnaround time.
6. Printing & Color Variations
- Printed colors may vary slightly from screen displays due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.
- Minor color variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.
- Specialty finishes (DTF, sublimation, vinyl, etc.) have inherent characteristics that may affect final appearance.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
- Requests made before production begins may be accommodated at our discretion.
- Any changes may result in additional charges and turnaround adjustments.
8. Returns, Refunds & Reprints
- Because all items are custom-made, returns and refunds are not accepted.
- Reprints will only be issued if:
- The product differs from the approved proof, OR
- There is a verified production defect caused by Full Spectrum Apparel.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
9. Shipping & Pickup
- Shipping times are not guaranteed and are handled by third-party carriers.
- Full Spectrum Apparel is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors once the order has shipped.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Local pickup orders must be collected within the communicated pickup window.
10. Customer-Supplied Materials
- Full Spectrum Apparel is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied garments or materials.
- No refunds or replacements will be provided for customer-supplied items.
11. Intellectual Property
- Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or copyrighted material provided.
- Full Spectrum Apparel is not liable for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided content.
12. Abandoned Orders
- Orders not claimed or responded to within 30 days of completion may be considered abandoned.
- No refunds will be issued for abandoned orders.
13. Right to Refuse Service
- Full Spectrum Apparel reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate content, harassment, or violation of these policies.
14. Policy Updates
- Policies may be updated at any time without prior notice.
- The most current version will always be available on our website.
